Playing the wait and see game

Like the rest of the globe the Windsor-Essex sports community is on hold while the Covid-19 pandemic rears its ugly head. This is the time of year when players get excited to play outdoor sports like soccer, golf and baseball. Club presidents, who are used to having the start of the season delayed because of Mother Nature, are in a waiting pattern. In the meantime they've been working behind the scenes to ensure all case scenarios affected by Covid-19 are considered. We contacted the Windsor Soccer Club and the Windsor Selects baseball club for their perspective during this challenging time.
