Brielle Poirier, just 14 years old, had a standout season playing in the highly competitive OBA G-ELITE Junior Girls U16 league—an elite level of basketball that brings together the best U16 and U19 players from across Ontario.
Under the leadership of Coach Dave Fuerth, the Tecumseh Saints team trained out of St. Joe’s and demonstrated exceptional talent and teamwork all season long.

As the youngest player on her team, Brielle’s accomplishments were remarkable. She earned a spot on the All-Star Game roster and was selected to the Second Team All-Star.
The Saints finished the regular season with an impressive 14–4 record, securing second place overall. During the Championship Weekend, they held their ground and finished third in the league. Representing the Saints in the All-Star Game were Poirier, Daphne Northcott, and Peyton Zynyk, showcasing the depth of talent on the team.
Northcott earned First Team All-Star honors, further highlighting the strength of the Saints roster. Adding to the team's accolades, Head Coach Dave Fuerth was recognized with the prestigious Coach of the Year award—an honor that reflects his leadership, commitment, and the growth of every player on the team.
