Villanova hosted a six-team girls high school hockey tournament Tuesday at the Vollmer Complex in LaSalle. The Wildcats were joined by North Star, Sandwich, Essex, St. Anne and Chatham's Ursuline College. Each team suited up for three games. The Knights powered their way to the SWOSSAA AAA championship this week, beating Chatham’s Ursuline College 42-28 behind big performances from Noah Hand and Ty Vidamour, who each scored a pair of touchdowns.
