The Windsor–Essex sports community is mourning the loss of Sandy Repko of Kingsville , a beloved and tireless volunteer whose impact on local athletics spanned decades. "She was like the energizer bunny," said Helen Vasilic, president of the Windsor Essex Athletic Club. "She did everything for all sports. It didn't matter what type of sporting event it was.
