The club took swimmers to a training camp at the International Swimming Hall of Fame pool in Fort Lauderdale, Florida during the March Break. "Camp was great," said WAC head coach Mike McWha. "The biggest takeaway for the swimmers is that they need to push their boundaries. Get comfortable, being uncomfortable. If you only practice what you like or what you are good at and never the things you struggle with you will never reach your potential."
The team hopes to put that experience to good use this week in Quebec.
