Rosalind Canty's return home was a resounding success. The 21-year old beat Mikayla Johnson 5-0 to claim gold at the Boxing Ontario Championships held in Windsor at Central Park Athletics.

Canty has been in Scotland training and going to school to become a teacher. Her next fight is scheduled for December 7th at a WBC international amateur tournament in Scotland. She's hoping to get a couple of fights in before then as she eyes a shot at the Olympics in 2028.
