Flyers take commanding 3-0 series lead over Komoka

Wyatt O'Neil scored a pair of goals to lead the Leamington Flyers to a 5-2 win over the Komoka Kings Sunday night at the Kinsmen Recreation Complex. The victory puts the Flyers in the drivers seat with a 3-0 lead in their best-of-seven first round series.


Komoka's Cameron Welsh tied the game 2-2 at 12:18 of the second period but Leamington struck for three unanswered goals for the win.


The Flyers can close out the series Wednesday at Komoka.
