Jana Kucera earns big honour

Jana Kucera led the OCAA in scoring this season with a 21.1 ppg average and helped the St. Clair women's team win a silver medal at the Provincial Championships. For her efforts she was awarded the Al Hoffman award as Female Athlete Of The Year at the annual athletics banquet.

The second year guard was recognized as an OCAA West Divison first team all-star, was named an All-Canadian Academic and earned a second team National Championship All-Star selection. She was also CCAA & OCAA All-Academic.
