Mulder joins Magic

CCH grad Mychal Mulder has signed a two-way contract with the Orlando Magic.

Waived prior to the start of the NBA season by Golden State Mulder appeared in 60 games with the Warriors last season averaging 5.6 points per game while shooting 44.9% from the field.

Mulder showed he can shoot the long ball hitting 38% from downtown in his career.

With Mulder in the mix Orlando now has 17 roster players including two two-way contracts.

In a release, the Magic say Mulder will wear #2. Under NBA rules he can be on Orlando's active list for up to 50 games during the regular season with no limit on practices, workouts or other activities with the Magic.

Orlando is scheduled to visit the Bay Area to face The Warriors December 6th at Chase Centre.
