Jamie McDermott is excited to be returning to the bench after being away from hockey for four years. The 48-year old was last an assistant coach under Tony Piroski in Leamington where he won two GOJHL Western Conference titles.

McDermott also has seven Great Lakes Jr. C and three All-Ontario championships under his belt. He brings experience to the bench under current head coach Danny Anger, who enters his second year as bench boss this fall.

Watch the video to find out how McDermott made his final decision.
