Saints played tough

St. Clair held a 2-1 first half lead on goals by Ryan Morneau and Amber Hosker but Jade Kovacevic scored her 22nd goal of the season to tie it up before halftime.

With Kovacevic out of the game the Falcons scored a pair of goals to win it. Fanshawe broke the tie and scored the game winner when Chelsea Zavitz broke in on the far side and put the ball on net. Angelika Mihalopulos was johnny-on-the-spot picking up the rebound and notching her first goal of the season in the 73rd minute. Nicole Nielsen added some insurance as Fanshawe left Amherstburg with a 4-2 win. This was St. Clair's final regular season home game in Amherstburg as they get set to move into their new home next season at the new Sports Park.
