Saints softball continues to add

Shae Murphy is one of six recruits heading to St. Clair College for school and softball next season. The Holy Names grad is a two-sport athlete who is looking forward to playing basketball for last season's OCAA silver medallists.

Softball head coach Doug Wiseman is bringing in a player that was a three-time female student/athlete of the year and a four-time WECSSA 1st team all-star in both sports. He sees Murphy having an immediate impact on the field.

Wiseman has also added General Amherst grad Allison Dufour, Massey's Naomi Beauchesne, Julia Brusseau from St. Anne, Brooklyn Cressman who comes from Huron Park Secondary in Woodstock and Paige Ullman out of Holy Names.

Hear what he thinks of Murphy and his team heading into their first season at the new Sports Park.
