St. Clair men's cross country wins silver

Carter Free proudly displayed his two silver medals Saturday afternoon in Grande Prairie, Alberta. The rookie runner won silver at the CCAA nationals cross country championship while helping the team finish second overall behind Fanshawe. The Napanee native joined Tyler Jones as first team All-Canadian. Jones finished 5th overall and is the only St. Clair athlete to earn All Canadian three times.
