"We use static stretching after running as a way to cool down and relax", says Topalovic. "These are by no means the only stretches you can do. No matter which ones you choose, try to make sure you target the following areas. Calves, soleus, Hamstrings, Quadriceps, Hip Flexors and Glutes".
