Nobles hockey hit lucky 7 as Belle River beat Kingsville 4-1 to win the Cullen Conference championship in Lakeshore. Kohan Merritt scored a pair of goals including the game winner to lead the way.

Landan Marontate gave the visiting Cavaliers a 1-0 late in the first period but Carson Lippert tied the game early in the second with a wrist shot to the top corner. Merritt then went to work scoring two goals to give the home team a 3-1 lead. Mason Vieau added an empty netter.
