Calisti is the OT hero as the Soo beats Windsor

The Soo Greyhounds beat the Windsor Spitfires for the first time this season with an important 2-1 overtime win Thursday night. The 'Hounds had surrendered 32 goals against the Spits in four pervious meeting but held the home team to a first period goal by Curtis Douglas.

Spits' defenceman Conor Corcoran took a penalty in overtime as Robert Calisti tee'd up the winner from the top of the right circle. The victory moves the Greyhounds to within three points of Erie for the final playoff spot in the Western Conference. Windsor is 5th in the conference but are only two points ahead of Guelph.
