The Kennedy Clippers advanced to the WECSSAA AA final with a come from behind win against the Brennan Cardinals. The Clippers came out strong but the Cards settled in and got a late first half goal by Nestor Lopez Jr for a 1-0 lead.

A precise pass by Mohamed Al-Mousawi put Moussa Nizam in the clear as he beat Brennan keeper Adam Lazarus early in the second half to tie the contest. Giovanni Giliana went unmarked and scored the game winner on a header past Lazarus at the 31 minute mark. Otis Vacratsis scored the final goal of the game with a minute left on a nice solo effort to cap off a 3-1 victory.

The Clippers will face Riverside for the title Thursday after the rebels upset undefeated Cardinal Carter.
