Express in the hunt for NBL title

The Windsor Express made up for the disappointment of Friday's loss at home beating Sudbury 108-99 win Sunday afternoon in the deciding game their best-of-five semi-final series against the Five. Windsor outscored Sudbury 36-16 in the second and held off the Five in the 4th quarter for the victory.


Billy White led all scorers with 26 points while pulling down 13 rebounds for the Express who return to the NBL final for the first time since 2015. All five Windsor starters put up double digit points as the Express held the advantage on the boards outrebounding Sudbury 43-32 including 36 on the defensive side.
