Lajeunesse wins SWOSSA

The Lajeunesse senior boys volleyball team advanced to OFSAA with a 3-1 decision over Pain Court Wednesday night at home. The Royals won the first set 25-21 and got a little to ahead of themselves. The Patriotes humbled the home side 25-12 in the second set. Laj rebounded to take the third 25-20 and carried that momentum to a 25-18 win in the clinching set. Lajeunesse wins their first SWOSSA title since 2010. They'll head to Pain Court next week for the provincial championships. The Patriotes are hosting and expect to play better.
