Massey gets tested by Lajeunesse

The Massey Mustangs held on to their undefeated record Monday but not without a hard push from Lajeunesse. Les Royals had a 9-point lead late in the second quarter and trailed 31-28 at half. The second half was a back and forth battle with both teams trading leads. The Mustangs prevailed 48-45 to push their league-leading record to 5-0. Lajeunesse dropped to 1-4 but did not look anything like their record suggests against Massey.

Lauren Livingston led all scorers with 21 points for Lajeunesse. Aneal Garcha had 16 for Massey.
