Montcalm looking strong

Noelle Montcalm followed up Saturday's win in Windsor at the John Loaring Classic with a victory the Royal City Athletics Inferno in Guelph Wednesday. Montcalm clocked in at 56.47 seconds, the exact time she finished the 400m hurdles four days before.

Kelsey Balkwill of Essex finished second with a time of 57.32 seconds. The Border City AC runner improved her time by over two-and-a half seconds over Saturday's result at Alumni Field.
