The big winner of the OHL Priority Selection Lottery is the Windsor Spitfires.
The Niagara Ice Dogs, the team with the highest probability of picking first overall in this year's OHL Draft, fell to 4th.
The Spits headed into the lottery with a 30% chance of landing the top pick after finishing the season 19th overall. Niagara had a 40 percent probability after finishing last in the league but was the first team called.
Peterborough landed 3rd moving Sarnia up to 2nd overall.
