St. Anne advances to final

St. Anne is getting the rematch they wanted but had to work for it first. The Saints came out strong and won the first two sets by a score of 25-22. The Mustangs found their groove and powered to 25-22 and 25-18 wins to send the match into a tie-breaker.

St. Anne gained the early momentum and had an 8-4 lead at the turn. Massey struggled with eight service errors and the Saints capitalized on Mustang errors to take the final set 15-12. They will play Holy Names, who swept Sandwich, in the final Saturday afternoon at the St. Clair Sportsplex.
