January 31st is going to be manic Monday as all St. Clair College sports team return to practice. The province is set to loosen pandemic restriction allowing college athletes to return to the court., "We're excited we get to play meaningful volleyball games", said women's head coach Jimmy El-Turk.

It's been almost two years since basketball and volleyball players have practiced with meaningful games on the schedule. The Saints played an exhibition schedule during the first semester but the shutdown has sidelined athletes for almost two months, "All the athletes are going to come back de-trained and we're going to have nine days to try and prepare them as best we can", said El-Turk.
