Holy Names boys soccer in fine form


Alessio Pizzuto walked into a perfectly placed Issam Hassoun pass to break a scoreless second half tie as Holy Names went on to defeat St. Joe's 3-0 in a highly anticipated catholic school matchup Thursday evening in South Windsor.


Khalil Arabi and Mihajlo Lukic also scored for the Knights while Zachary Trkulja and Matteo Rocca shared the clean sheet. Holy Names continue to lead the AAA division at 4-0 while St. Joe's falls to 0-3-1. The Knights host Massey May 2nd before closing out the regular season at Villanova May 9th.


the Lasers host Sandwich Tuesday before their regular season finale at St. Anne May 9th.
