Local Highlights: Stars vs Selects, Can-AM action

Windsor Stars beat the Windsor Selects Juniors 8-6 Tuesday night at Cullen Field. Stars pitcher Matt Krutch was cruising in the bottom of the 7th after striking out the first two batters. However the Selects capitalized on a couple of Stars errors to make it interesting before a nice catch by LF Steve Adam ended the game.

Stars improve to 6-1 on the season. Selects drop to 2-5.
