Selects 17U take three out of four

The Ontario Astros avoided a sweep at the hands of the Windsor Selects Sunday afternoon taking the series closer 6-5.

Selects second baseman Jack Fuerth tied game four at 5's with a solo blast in the 5th inning. Tyler Hill responded in the top of the 6th and final inning with a blast of his own to give the visitors a win on their way out of town. Windsor will head up the 401 next weekend for the rematch against the Astros.

Fuerth had a big weekend for the Selects knocking three homeruns over the fence. One of those homers came on his last at bat of the third game to complete the cycle. His teammates get him during his first ever interview.
