Stars to play for Can-Am title

The Windsor Stars are headed to the Can-Am final after beating the Tecumseh Thunder 4-1 Monday night. The game was continuation of Sunday's rainout which had Windsor winning 1-0 after three innings.

Stars' pitching kept Tecumseh's batter at bay allowing only two hits over seven innings. Cam Goddard accounted to the Thunders only run with a solo bomb in the 6th that was accompanied by a friendly chirp to a former teammate sitting in the stands.

The Windsor Selects beat WAA 5-4 and will face Tecumseh Tuesday night for a chance to play the Stars Wednesday for the title.
