Video update of grandstand at Lacasse Park

A shell of the 3-million dollar grandstand at Lacasse Park is standing tall. The project won't be completed until sometime in October with a grand opening in the spring of 2024. We recently caught up with Tecumseh Thunder president Jamie Kell who gave us a quick look at how the grandstand is shaping up.
