Caboto U16 girls trying to stay sharp between games

It's a long wait between Ontario Cup games for the Caboto U16 girls team. The Strikers beat London 5-0 on July 18th to qualify for the semi-finals scheduled for August 29th. Caboto will square off against Toronto High Park FC hoping to qualify for the final September 12th at the Soccer Centre in Vaughan.

The Strikers are currently 4-0 atop the ECSL on the strength of Erica Battagello's three clean sheets. She has allowed one goal while the team in front of her has scored 30.

Caboto has two games left before their semi-final game and played an exhibition game last night at Holy Names to stay sharp. The team made it to the semi finals in 2019 and have their sights set on redemption.
