Reunion at Kingsville Highland Games

Curtis Durocher returned to Essex-County to compete in the Kingsville Highland Games. The 32-year old has been busy since graduating from Belle River District High School where he was an OFSAA winning athlete.

Durocher earned a track and field scholarship to Northern Arizona University and left with a degree in Commercial Recreation Management in his back pocket. He moved to Calgary to bobsleigh before trying Powerlifting and Olympic lifting. Since then he has competed in about 150 Highland Games but Durocher

says nothing beat the feeling of being home in front of family and friends.
